Preparing for Snow

Is there a big snowstorm in the forecast?
Don't worry! It is our job to remove accumulated snow from your driveway.

Here are some things you as the homeowner can do to make this process quick, simple, and safe.
HOW TO PREPARE
1.
DRIVEWAY MARKERS
By allowing our drivers to place our markers (1 for a shared driveway, 2 for individual driveways) at the beginning of the season, we are easily and safely able to work within the appropriate boundaries. We will also mark out any other obstacles our drivers need to be aware of.

Please ensure these remain in place and visible throughout the season.
KEEP IT CLUTTER FREE
We know things like decorations, toys, and other moveable belongings are best when they aren't broken! That is why they should be moved no less than 4' from the perimeter of the section to be plowed before the removal.

Permanent basketball nets should be rotated away from the driveway before the season.

SNOWING ALL DAY?
No need to call us for a second pass! Depending on the severity of snowfall, our drivers will be around to perform a second removal to keep your driveway clear. Our general parameters are once snow accumulation is >=5cm for our first pass, and again once the city plows have passed through and to clear from where your vehicle(s) were parked.
